The I Heart Revolution...LOVE GOD, LOVE PEOPLE

"Where a person lives should not decide whether they live or die." God's heart is for everyone. Every ONE. Every one is someone. Everyone is unique, created by God in HIS image. Every ONE. Every one has value and purpose. The value of our lives is exactly the same. Your life is not more valuable or less valuable than anyone else's.



Matthew 25:35-40
"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, i was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sik and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.
Then the righteous will answer him, 'Lord when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty adn give you a drink? When did we see you a stranger adn invide you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you in prison and go visit you?"
The King will reply, "I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me."

Philippians 2:1-4
If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.

We all have value and purpose. God created each one of us. His love is for everyone. My challenge this week is for us to look around at how we can love those around us. Who is in need? How can you and I best show God's love to those around us? It could be in a kind word or note, or maybe someone is in need of food or clothing. It's about the small things, its about the unseen. What has God put on your heart? What is He calling you to do?

God has called each one of us. Whatever he has called you to, whatever you are gifted in, do it with everything you have. God has given you everything you need, to do what He has called you to do. Keep your eyes on Jesus, and allow him to be glorified in everything you do!
